See If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support. Might be worth checking for malware with a trial of Malwarebytes.

What version of iTunes is installed? You should be running iTunes 12.8.2.3 by now. It may help to reinstall it over the top of your current installation.

Yes I got exactly the version you’re mentioned and tried different time to reinstall it but not joy, still have the same log in problem
