Audiobook Help

I have been trying to figure out how to add audiobooks into my Audiobook section on my ITunes. I did some research and I know that I have to make sure that I select the Audiobook section under my device when my IPhone is plugged into my laptop. I made sure that the files were of .mp3 so I've been trying to drag the folder into it and I get nothing

I could really use some help
