I have no option to delete app from my phone / App Library .
It lets me move apps back and forth from Home Screen to App Library, but I don’t see an option to delete apps from library, it only lets me add them back to home screen. Help???

Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Is Deleting Apps marked Allow>
