I usually buy MacBooks as opposed to iMac desktop. I found an article in small business chronicle that says all iMac desktops have wifi cards so you do not need to use the ethernet to connect to the internet. I just wanted to confirm that.

iMacs have been able to connect to the Internet using Wi-Fi only for over 20 years!
