"report junk" option is not listed

How do I report a message as junk if the "report junk" option is not listed and the sender is not in my contacts?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

That option is only available for iMessages. You can report spam SMS and MMS messages to most carriers by forwarding them to 7726 (spam).
