What do i do if i add a new payment method and it’s showing ‘Payment update declined’ even though there’s money in my card And what about the already added ones showing declined for no reason at all?

I previously had two payment methods, which has been showing ‘failed’ for quite sometime. So, I added a third one and the second i’m trynna add it up, it shows above that ‘payment update decline. Try adding a new payment’ something along the lines. I don’t know what to do. Please help.
