Rubbing Alcohol damaged phone screen.

Alright so I wanted to clean my iPhone. It's a 6s and had a screen protector. I took some rubbing alcohol and poured a tiny bit of it on my phone screen which was a size of a nickel. Then I took some paper towel and let it set on my phone to absorb the alcohol and it seems like the alcohol went in through the top speaker? It left marks that changed the contrast and brightness of my phone and I thought it was just the screen protector but i took it off and realized it was the phone screen itself.

I panicked so I put it in a container with rice and left it there for the whole day. The rice didn't change anything but I left it in overnight and the marks sort of faded. I left it in the rice for another 3 days and most of the marks have gone but there are very tiny marks left on the edges and middle of the screen.

They really bother me so does anyone have any solutions or should I just get the screen replaced?
