Cursor near text causes enlarged text box nearby. Covers up other text.

When I bring the cursor near some text like image from Pages, the same text appears in a box below quite enlarged. This just started a few days ago. Have not installed any new software (intentionally). Searched through Finder Preferences and System Preferences and have not found any fix or cure. Also searched through Accessibility. No joy.
