Apple Watch doesn’t record exercise time properly.

Why does my brand new Apple 6 watch not close my exercise ring when my series 1 Apple Watch did??? It works one day and not another!

Exercise Ring doesnt work I have apple watch SE. The activity rings work well except for the green exercise ring. It doesnt record exercise. I get mileage, heart rate, steps etc but the exercise doesnt record for some reason. I have tried recalibration and it worked for one day and then the next day it was back to not recording. This is very frustrating as the watch is only a few months old. I called apple support and they were no help. Any suggestions?

My watch is not recording exercise times, how can I fix it? I have exercised 49 minutes and my watch shows the outdoor walking but when it comes to exercise minutes on the green ring it says 19 minutes how can I fix this.

Probably has to do with the daily exercise setting you have configured.
