Hello, how do I restore my phone contacts?

Well, perhaps I spoke too fast. There is an option even if you don't have an iCloud backup.

1. Go to iCloud.com and log in
2. Click Account Settings
3. In the Advanced section, click Restore Contacts.

Your last option is to have a local backup. Do you have one on your computer? (Mac or PC)
