Please I was billed twice for my iCloud storage subscription. What can I do to rectify this?

Please I was billed twice for my iCloud storage subscription. What can I do to rectify this?

I checked that actually, and it showed a receipt for only one of the charges. However, prior to that, I also received a mail saying my subscription renewal was unsuccessful but I was still billed. Hence my being billed twice.
How can I rectify this please?
