Wrong distance

Hi, I use a watch for training but it does not measure the correct distance for me when I walking and running on a treadmill. If I press RESET FITNESS CALIBRATION DATA, will I lose the data, awards I received?

No you won't lose any data,this just resets the calibration data to how it was when you bought the watch,nothing else.
