I believe my husband did he got my password and changed everything all my passwords I need to know how to figure out if he’s spying on me??? I know he is every time I talk or text he brings up the subject in moments

Erase your phone and set it up again with a different password.

Also change your Apple ID password.

Did you put some on there? If no then there isn't any unless you leave your phone sitting in public places with no passcode.
