language will not change on apple TV 4K
langauge changed from english and I can not get it back to english on apple TV

Ae you referring to the interface language (“system language”) for the Apple TV box, or the language of the content (audio language)? These are two separate properties.
Change the language on your Apple TV - Apple Support
You can go to Settings﹥General and change it. The Apple TV Language option will have a flag next to it, so you can do this without reading/translating the options.
