APPLE WATCH

im trying to connect my apple watch to my phone but it wont let me i had it connected to my iphone 11 but that phone broke and i now have an iphone 7 plus and its not letting me switch it and the watch is also not shoing up on my apple account. 

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 14

You can have an iPhone paired to multiple watches, but not the other way around. You must unpair your watch from there old iPhone first. See the "How to erase your Apple Watch if you don't have your iPhone" section in:

Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Then pair your watch to your iPhone 7+. See the "If you don't have your old iPhone or you erased it" section in:

How to pair your Apple Watch with a new iPhone - Apple Support
