Payment method

My payment method is declined, while there is no unpaid purchase, and i have no problem with my visa, could you please help me with this issue?

Payment Method Updation Issue I have been trying to add my Payment Method using my Visa Debit card but it says "your payment method was declined". Now I have spoken to my bank and they confirmed it's not an issue from their end and they did not receive any payment notification from Apple, so it's an Apple issue I assume. Apple ID payment information - If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store.

Possible fixes. Fix ‘Your Payment Method Was Declined’ Error In App Store
