Phone not charging correctly

My phone after charge tends to be really hot and also after using it for at least 5 minutes it starts to heat up, i believe still under manufacturers warranty

iPhone 11, iOS 14

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t charge

Also see:

Keeping iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch within acceptable operating temperatures

Note: getting warm is normal. If it gets too hot to touch, it should not be used and should be checked:

All batteries get warm when charging.

Batteries are not covered by the warranty unless proven to be defective.
