Pages app

My Pages app will not open. Nor can I open documents previously created in it. I have Bir Sur 11.1

To be the best of my knowledge, all apps are updated. This seems to be the only app that will not open.

why can't non-MAC users open Pages? Why can't non-MAC users open Pages? Every Pages document I create has to be exported to either PDF or Word for anyone to read. This is a hassle for many reasons, not the least of which is if I make an edit, I have to re-export my document.

Pages - Can’t Open Doc I have so many documents that I could open and use freely, that I now suddenly can’t after a new version of the app comes out. Is there any workaround for this? I’m now considering not ever using Pages again. I doubt this would happen with Microsoft Word. Also, why does Pages make a copy of a doc and then open that? And then there’s all these copies of the doc on my iPad.

Update to Pages v10.3.9 from either your Mac App Store Updates panel, or directly from the Pages for Mac entry in the Mac App Store. Does the file access issue persist with the new version of Pages?
