Will a new 11 come with a sim card?

What exactly do I need to do in order to transfer all data from my existing SE to a new iphone 11? My carrier is Verizon and they do not want to touch the phone due to covid

iPhone SE, iOS 14

Whether it comes with a new SIM may depend on whether you are keeping the same number - best ask them.

You can transfer the information, using Quick Start

If you buy the phone from Verizon or buy a Verizon specific phone from Apple, it will come with a SIM. However, the easiest way to transfer you phone number is to use the SIM from your current phone. You can save the new SIM or toss it. It doesn't matter.
