can anyone help me, do you know how to follow an artist on Apple Music so I can get a notification when they bring a new song out?

Unfortunately, you can no longer follow artists on Apple Music. This feature was removed in 2018. See this thread for a previous discussion on this topic: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251126291
