camera shutter
even though my phone is on silent mode when i take a photo it makes the camera sound.

The shutter sound can't be muted on device made for some markets.

What is the model number in Settings>General>About>Model?
Devices sold in Japan and South Korea can not silence the shutter. It is illegal to do so in those countries.
