cant install el captian help plz

im stuck on internet recovery with the -2106 error. can i download and install el capitan through bootable flash drive still?

iMac 27″, OS X 10.11

If you can still boot this Mac or you have another Mac that is compatible with macOS 10.11, then you can use these instructions for creating a bootable macOS USB installer:
