Did you read the article I linked above?
If you know the current Screen Time passcode, go to Settings > Screen Time > Use Screen Time Passcode.
Obviously if you don’t know the current passcode, the path forward is more challenging. If it weren’t, using a Screen Time passcode would accomplish nothing.
