iMac startup issue

My iMac won’t start. I have tried holding the power button for 10 seconds, then trying to start it, but no go. Further suggestions?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.13

First please follow all the steps in If your Mac won't turn on or start up. If you cannot get it to work after that the next action is to make an appoint at your local Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP). If you don't know how that action is done, please click AASP Locator to get started.
