com.apple.MediaLibraryService Error: Unknown internal error

I just noticed I'm getting a near constant stream this error in Console. I've searched for a solution and tried disabling and enabling iCloud Photo Library.

I have quite a large photo library in the cloud. Any idea how I can repair this?

Unable to solve "Error downloading photo" A couple of days ago I started to get that white circle with the exclamation mark in the lower right corner on most of my photos in my MacBook Pro's Photos app. Since then I have been unable to download any photos from iCloud on that device. Now, I know that many people have asked this before and I have tried various solutions from other threads, but nothing seems to work. So far I have repaired and restored the photos library, checked in safe mode, disconnected the MacBook Pro from iCloud/Apple ID altogether, even deleted the original Photos Library file on my Mac, created a new one and "downloaded" everything again from iCloud. Yet, the error continues to show up, with only thumbnails/low-res pictures being available across the board. I only have this problem on my MacBook Pro, everything works just fine on iCloud and all of my other devices. Does anyone have an idea what else I could try to fix this? Thanks in advance! PS: I am using a MacBook Pro (early 2015) with macOS Catalina 10.15.1

Photos for MacOS Big Sur still exhibiting this frustratingly vague "Photos cannot load adjustments for this video" error for a not insignificant number of videos using iCloud Photos It's such a dismissive error -- no "try again later", or "call customer service if this problem persists", or "too bad, so sad". So how dire am I supposed to believe this error to be? Other questions regarding this same error date back to 2016, so it's a little alarming to see it still popping up. Maybe it's because I feel like photo libraries might become the treasured archives referred to by generations of descendants, rather than boxes of musty ones in the garage, but it seems like an almost sacred duty for apple to make sure that their software and the files they create won't be randomly and inexplicably corrupted in their iCloud service. Of course I know that transmission entails some risk, but how much risk should apple be okay with? Maybe I'm jumping to conclusions, and perhaps a fix has been devised for this error, so I'd appreciate any suggestions others might have to restore these files to their less-musty state.

I set up a new user account and migrated over. Seems to have fixed it
