iPhone emails keep getting moved to the junk folder

my emails keep getting moved to the junk folder. I've tried adding the sender to contacts and making him a VIP, but nothing works!

Some email providers also provide a junk filter. I'm not sure which one you are referring to, Apple or email provider, but the latter often provides a way to clear contacts. Head to your email provider website and see if you can set your contact as a safe sender.
