iPhone won’t turn off after I forced restart

I have an iPhone XS and I was backing up my phone to my computer and it started to glitch so I turned it off to see if that would help and now it won’t turn back on. It’s just stuck on the apple logo when you turn it on

Try to wait for the apple logo at least for an hour and if it still not working, you will be needing a computer to connect the device and enter recovery mode.
