My left air pod pro mic is not working properly it works sometimes and sometimes not where as the right one is perfect but when used individually the other end can barely hear me from the left one what can be done to resolve it

AirPods microphone issues are difficult to diagnose, however, many people have reported success with this:
Open the Settings app and go to the Bluetooth section. Next to the AirPods entry on the list of devices, you should see an “i” icon inside of a circle. Tap this, then select microphone, and set it to either left, right or automatic. Try switching it back and forth.
Then test with the Voice Memos app.
