Why won’t it let me set up my sons Apple Cash family. It says he’s already using Apple Cash but he’s not, if he tries it lets him know he’s not old enough. He’s 13 though.

How do o fix the problem of the system saying he’s already using an Apple Cash account when he’s not, because he just turned 13 and he still gets the message that he’s not old enough.

To set up Apple Cash Family you must first close any accounts that children already had. Make sure that the balance is zero then go here - Manage your Apple Cash account - Apple Support next, go here - Set up and use Apple Cash Family.
