Moving Multiple Objects In Keynote

Does anyone know how I make 2 different/ungrouped objects/shapes move together i.e. someone moving with a ball in hand.

The move app only allows one object to be moved in an exact direction but I want both objects to stay together throughout.

"In PowerPoint with the Morph Transition, you can name different objects with the same name that starts with !!, like "!! Object 1" and "!! Can i drag an object in presentation mode? I see this question was answered "no" over ten years ago. I'm hoping the program has been updated to include this ability since then. Like many others I’m teaching from home over Zoom. I’d like to have the students control the Keynote screen (in presentation mode) and move around objects (shapes) to create rhythmic patterns that everyone can then read. How can I get this to work? Thanks.

Keynote - Group Overlapping Objects Hello Everyone: I have some text and a rectangle shape behind the text to make the text stand out from the slide background, and I want to Group these 2 objects. However, the text is slightly bigger than the rectangle and I can't figure out how to select both items at the same time so that I can Group them. Even though the underlying shape is visible through the text, I can't get at it to select it without moving the text. Does that make sense? Also, I am using the iCloud version of Keynote. Thanks. . .

Add the move effect to both objects

in the Animation Inspector, click on Build order

In the Build list, click to select the second effect,

in the Start dropdown menu select: With Build 1
