Can I use my USB to lightening cable with my adapters to charge the iPhone 12?

I am upgrading from iPhone 7 Plus to iPhone 12. Can I use my USB to lightening cable with my adapters (MacBook 20W / iPhone 5W / iPad 10W) to charge the iPhone 12? Will they provide enough power? Will I need to purchase a USB-C to USB adapter in order to do so?

If you already have the Lightning to USB -A cable used with your previous charge cubes, you could use that cable. The Lightning to USB-C cable include with the iPhone 12 could be set aside for a time when you have a USB-C charge cube.
