downloaded bug sur and my NOW TV app isnt working and is apparently not acailable in my region

I just downloaded big sur and now I can’t get now tv app. My Apple ID is set to uk

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.1

BBC iPlayer app on Apple TV I've just moved back to Britain from Portugal and cannot access the BBc iPlayer app on my Apple TV. I've changed the country on the Apple TV, and also on the iTunes store but still no success. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks.

Region not supported (PS5) Hello I tried activating the six months free trial on the ps5 Apple TV app but it says region not supported , what should I do any help. thanks
