Moving daughter off Family account to standalone acct
What is the easiest way to move my daughter off Family sharing to her own account, but not delete her Apple ID/email address, please?

If she is in Family Sharing she would normally be using her own account there(i.e., with family sharing everyone has their own account and shares using the features of family sharing). To leave family sharing, see: Leave Family Sharing - Apple Support
