Не работает камера на Iphone 7 plus.

Открываю приложение камера выходит черный экран, хотя фронтальная камера работает нормально. Так же не работает вспышка. Прошу разобраться с этой ситуацией, уже какой день не работает.

Thanks for following up and confirming the camera is opening to a black preview, and the flash isn't working.

Does the issue persist with other apps? If so, seek service to have your iPhone inspected, as it sounds like there may be a hardware issue:

The camera does not work on the Iphone 7 plus.

I open the camera app and a black screen comes out, although the front camera is working fine. The flash doesn't work either. I ask you to deal with this situation, it has not worked for a day.

Chris, what should I do? Today the center went to the repair, they said to buy a camera separately. It costs $ 100-150. What should I do? How to solve this problem? Maybe I need to upgrade my iPhone back to ios 13?

Thanks for the answer. The camera on my Iphone 7 plus works on Instagram, Snapchat but not on the camera app.

In fact, I did not drop the phone, so it could not break.
