My watch will not allow updates. It had 4GB of space saying it needs 2.1 GB to update but it only has 2GB available. I have turned off or disabled everything that it will let me turn off and removed all the apps it will let me removel! HELP

My watch will not allow updates!!! It says it needs 2.1GB and I have turned off and removed everything it allows me to, but still can only get 2gb of space! So frustrating!

Unpair your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone.

Then Re-pair your Apple Watch,this frees up a surprisingly large amount of storage space.And without any loss of data.
