Random texts

Do you have any other devices (iPad and/or a Mac) that are also signed on to the same Apple ID as yours? I ask because if you have another device signed on to the same Apple ID and text message forwarding is active then those devices can also be used to send and receive text messages. Check those other devices to see if texts are the same.

If you only have the iPhone to send and receive text messages then I strongly urge you to change the password to your Apple ID so that if your Apple ID has been compromised then this action will mitigate it.

Please post a screen shot of some random texts so we can see what you are talking about.

Are those random texts making sense as far as complete sentences? OR are the texts just garbage characters? Do you share your Apple ID with anyone else?
