How do I access total calories instead of only active? Does Apple Watch 3 measure that?

Please let us see Total Calories ON Apple Watch I have recently switched from Fitbit to Apple Watch and I sorely miss the Total Calories information. Active Calories don't mean anything for me, if you want to keep track of your overall calorie deficit. At least that is the case for my routine. So is there any valid reason, why for the love of god, Total Calories can't be added?? I also haven't come across any third party apps that let me see Total Calories ON the watch. I appreciate any help out :) Sketch

In the Health app;

Browse/Activity/Resting Energy and Active Energy,add them both together.
