My Apple Watch is recording flights of stairs that I have not climbed. It already shows 25 flights climbed and I have not climbed any flights of stairs. Anybody had the same issue and, if so, how did you fix it? Thanks.

Unfortunately, nothing worked. I rebooted - same issue. I unpaired and then paired and set up as new and now it tells me that I've climbed 9 flights. I have the feeling that there is either a fault in the watch, the activity app, or the last update.
Try this first;
And if that doesn't work then unpair and repair,you might have to setup as new.
