Why doesn’t my new iPad have a Cellular Data option
Where can I find my Cellular Data option on my new iPad?

A WiFi Only model of iPad has no Cellular capabilities - and will not show any Cellular Data options in iPad Settings. WiFi Only models do not have any Cellular hardware - or SIM slot.
