I bought my daughter a iPhone watch and she doesn’t use it so I took it back an now I can’t rest it because she doesn’t remember her iCloud information

I bought my daughter apple series 3 watch and she doesn’t use it. I have it and wanted to reset it and possible give it to my other daughter but she doesn’t remember her iCloud username or password. How can I get this watch reset so that I can set it up?
