Is it possible to record multiple tracks simultaneously in GarageBand 10.4.2?

I am trying to record two or three tracks simultaneously for my own podcast.

My intention is to record two mics and a loopback track for sounds played from inside the computer itself.

How can I setup and record these 3 tracks at the same time?
