At first my phone seemed like it crashed because everything stopped working and it showed a loading screen and than the apple logo. my phones been stuck on the apple logo for hours and wont hard restart, plus it randomly goes black and goes back to to the apple logo again. ive tried every single method available. what would be the issue?

It didn't work, had to take it to BestBuy and they wiped and reset the whole phone.
