Why can’t I download Apple fitness plus for my iPad? The iOS is already updated to the latest release.

I can’t download fitness on my newest iPad. I’m trying to download the fitness + on the newest iPad but when I find the app it says my iPad isn’t updated but I just recently updated it to 14.3

You need to own/purchase an Apple Watch series 3 or greater version Apple Watch connected to the iPad via Bluetooth.
