In-built sound disturbances
Why my macbook in-built sound comes with disturbances (vibrating & unclear) whenever I play any video or audio ? How can I fix this issue myself? Please help

It sounds like one or both of your laptop's internal speakers is bad and needs replaced. As a temporary "fix" you can try adjusting the "balance" slider to one side if only one speaker is bad.
