Hello,
I bought 50GB of Icloud storage and I can’t understand why it takes so long for the photos to be downloaded to the Icloud photos. I have 9900 photos and videos and it downloaded only 4% in one day and a half.
what can I do about that issue?
my internet is working just fine and there’s no problem with it.

It will take a while considering the large number of photos you have. Try connecting the device to WiFi when your network traffic is less busy, e.g. at night, and make sure the device is plugged in to power, and locked.
