When I get a message or a phone call there not coming through on my Apple Watch all my notifications are on , any Help would be much Appreciated

Start by checking the most frequent problem. On your watch, swipe up abnd check you have not accidentally enabled any of Silent, Theater, Do Not Disturb modes.
