im using iPhone 11 pro max after updating to iOS 14.3 my phone is getting hot and my battery percentage is get down faster imagine battery health is 99 plz Apple can u solve the inssue or I should move to samsung products or oppo because am not happy with this phone anymore

Stop worrying for a few years.
If your iPhone getting too hot, shut it down, don’t use it. Take iphone to Apple Store, or Authorized Apple Service Provider to have it checked out. Could be hardware issues, like battery.
i don’t think it’s a hardware problem this problem has come after updating ios 14 first I didn’t have this problem
and as you see in the picture, there is a description that my iPhone has been used more than usual since upgrading ios, which may affects battery life
