You haven't given much detail here, so I don't know what system your on, what OS you currently have, where you are starting from, etc. But I'll take a crack at helping you. Boot to Recovery by holding Command (⌘)-R when powering on.

Also, if you used disk utility to wipe, you'll need to create a partition for the OS (or a container if using APFS).
