Computer will not connect to wireless printer but all others do!

All my devices will print wirelessly to my Epson XP-15000 printer, except for my mac laptop computer. I try adding it and it doesn't find anything. I've deleted it from the list and now I can't add it back. Help please! Thank you!

Hi,

Are you using macOS Mojave 10.14 (in your profile)? Is it a Wi-Fi network with a router (with the printer, computer, and all devices connected to the same network)?

The Epson XP-15000 is mentioned in About AirPrint - Apple Support as a printer supporting the driverless AirPrint technology, so a separate driver would not be needed. Software from the printer manufacturer may or may not add functionality. AirPrint should appear in the Use: field when adding a network printer.

Add a printer on Mac - Apple Support

AirPrint would also be used by iPhones/iPads.

Have you tried to reset the printing system (Reset the Mac printing system to solve a problem - Apple Support)?

If you for some reason wish to use separate drivers, a fresh driver download could possibly be tested (if necessary, select another operating system):

The European and American printer drivers can be slightly different.
