You’re going to need a new phone. It’s the upgrade super cycle. Can’t have you muddying the waters with that’s high speed 4G connectivity.

I work in IT and had the same thing happen to me. I am old about backups. Airport, mac, and dropbox. Restoring from a backup didn't help. Factory reset hasn't helped.
